Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of use or do not meet the conditions above will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.
